Train hard. Play fair.
These Terms govern your use of LSAT BEAST, including guest training, Beast accounts, leaderboards, and learning content.
Effective September 4, 20261. Accepting these Terms
By accessing or using LSAT BEAST, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use.
2. What LSAT BEAST provides
LSAT BEAST provides independently created educational drills, progress tracking, scores, streaks, ranks, and related study tools. The service is for educational and informational use only. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee any test score, admission result, scholarship, or other outcome.
3. Guest mode and accounts
You may begin in guest mode without creating an account. Guest progress is initially associated with that browser and device and may be lost if local data is cleared or the device becomes unavailable. Banking guest progress or signing in allows eligible progress to be attached to your account and synchronized across devices.
Keep control of your email account and sign-in sessions. You are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information. Do not impersonate another person, use a misleading or offensive username, or attempt to claim another user’s progress.
4. Training scores and leaderboard
Scores, streaks, Beast Rating, rank, and deck completion are product features, not official LSAT results. We may adjust scoring, calibration, eligibility, anti-cheat rules, or leaderboard presentation to keep the experience fair and useful. We may remove manipulated or abusive activity.
5. Purchases and unlocks
Any paid feature will show its price and applicable terms before you confirm a purchase. Stripe processes checkout securely. Purchases are one-time module unlocks, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Checkout labeled test mode does not charge real money, and test purchases do not grant live paid access.
6. License and ownership
LSAT BEAST and its content, software, branding, artwork, drills, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your own LSAT preparation.
You may not copy, scrape, sell, sublicense, publish, reverse engineer, defeat access controls, automate answers, create competing datasets, or commercially exploit the service except where law expressly allows it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, probe or attack its security, introduce malicious code, evade usage limits, access another account, manipulate scores, or use LSAT BEAST in a way that violates law or the rights of others. We may investigate abuse and suspend or terminate access.
8. Third-party services
LSAT BEAST relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, email, hosting, and infrastructure. Your use of an external sign-in provider may also be governed by that provider’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account through the Beast Profile. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content or leaderboard entries, or stop offering all or part of the service if reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service operations.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSAT BEAST is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSAT BEAST and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
12. LSAC trademark notice
LSAT® and LawHub® are registered trademarks of the Law School Admission Council, Inc. (LSAC), which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, LSAT BEAST or this website. All LSAT BEAST drills are independently created and are not official LSAT® questions. Drill results provide study feedback only and do not predict an official score.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
